Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Firmixa, including firmixa.com, company profiles, financial intelligence, scores, reviews, verification features, research tools, business features and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Firmixa, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. About Firmixa

Firmixa is an independent financial intelligence, research and company-comparison platform.

Firmixa is designed to help users discover, understand and evaluate financial-service companies through structured information, regulatory intelligence, evidence, verification, user experiences and proprietary assessments.

Firmixa may collect, structure, analyse and present information obtained from sources including:

  • regulatory authorities;
  • official company websites;
  • company disclosures;
  • public records;
  • publicly available information;
  • structured data sources;
  • user submissions;
  • supporting evidence;
  • Firmixa research and verification processes.

Firmixa is not a broker, financial adviser, investment adviser, bank, regulatory authority, asset manager or investment manager.

Firmixa does not hold or manage user funds.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Firmixa does not act as an agent or representative of companies appearing on the platform.

2. Informational Purpose

Firmixa provides information for research, comparison and informational purposes.

Nothing available through Firmixa constitutes:

  • investment advice;
  • financial advice;
  • legal advice;
  • tax advice;
  • personalised financial advice;
  • investment management;
  • an offer to purchase or sell a financial product;
  • a solicitation to invest;
  • a recommendation to deposit funds with a particular company;
  • a guarantee of safety;
  • a guarantee of profitability.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own research and making their own decisions.

Information that is important to a financial decision should be independently verified through appropriate official sources.

3. Access to Firmixa

Some Firmixa content may be accessible without creating an account.

Certain features may require:

  • account registration;
  • email verification;
  • third-party authentication;
  • security verification;
  • additional eligibility requirements.

Firmixa may modify which features require authentication.

4. User Accounts

Where Firmixa allows account creation, users are responsible for:

  • providing reasonably accurate information;
  • keeping account information current;
  • maintaining account security;
  • protecting authentication credentials;
  • avoiding unauthorised sharing of accounts.

Users must not create accounts using false identities or impersonate another person or organisation.

Firmixa may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonable security or abuse concerns exist.

5. Third-Party Sign-In

Firmixa may allow users to authenticate using Google or other supported authentication providers.

Use of third-party authentication may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

Firmixa does not receive the password you use with your external authentication provider.

COMPANY INFORMATION

6. Company Profiles

Firmixa may independently create and maintain profiles relating to financial-service companies.

A company may appear on Firmixa regardless of whether:

  • it created the profile;
  • it claimed the profile;
  • it approved the information;
  • it has contacted Firmixa;
  • it has a commercial relationship with Firmixa;
  • it uses Firmixa Business.

Company profiles may include information such as:

  • company identity;
  • websites and domains;
  • business information;
  • regulatory information;
  • licences and registrations;
  • products and services;
  • account conditions;
  • platform information;
  • company disclosures;
  • warnings;
  • verification information;
  • user reviews;
  • Firmixa assessments.

Inclusion on Firmixa does not constitute endorsement or recommendation.

7. Accuracy of Company Information

Firmixa makes reasonable efforts to improve the accuracy and freshness of information.

However, financial companies, websites, regulations and business conditions may change.

Firmixa does not guarantee that every item displayed is:

  • complete;
  • continuously current;
  • free from error;
  • independently verified.

Where available, Firmixa may display:

  • source information;
  • verification status;
  • evidence indicators;
  • update dates;
  • confidence or availability indicators.

Users should verify important information directly with appropriate official sources.

FIRMXA SCORES

8. Scores and Assessments

Firmixa may publish proprietary assessments including:

  • Firmixa Score;
  • Trust Score;
  • Global Score;
  • regulatory assessments;
  • category assessments;
  • verification indicators;
  • evidence indicators;
  • warning indicators;
  • rankings;
  • comparative assessments.

Scores are analytical outputs produced according to Firmixa methodologies and information available at the relevant time.

9. Scores Are Not Guarantees

A Firmixa Score is not:

  • an investment recommendation;
  • financial advice;
  • a regulatory licence;
  • certification;
  • a guarantee of financial safety;
  • a prediction of future conduct.

A high score does not guarantee that:

  • a company will remain financially stable;
  • a company will remain authorised;
  • a regulator will not take action;
  • withdrawals will always be successful;
  • users will have a positive experience;
  • a company will honour every future obligation.

A low or withheld score should not automatically be interpreted as proof of fraud or misconduct.

10. Changes to Scores

Firmixa may update assessments when:

  • new evidence becomes available;
  • regulatory information changes;
  • company information changes;
  • errors are corrected;
  • methodology changes;
  • new scoring factors are introduced;
  • existing factors are modified.

A score viewed today may therefore differ from a score previously displayed.

REGULATORY INTELLIGENCE

11. Regulatory Information

Firmixa may collect and analyse information concerning:

  • licences;
  • registrations;
  • regulated entities;
  • regulatory authorisations;
  • company domains;
  • warnings;
  • suspensions;
  • restrictions;
  • revocations;
  • enforcement actions;
  • regulatory notices.

Firmixa may compare company claims with information from regulators and other reliable sources.

12. Regulatory Verification

Firmixa may classify information using statuses such as:

  • verified;
  • partially verified;
  • unverified;
  • unavailable;
  • conflicting;
  • under review.

Regulatory information can change at any time.

Users should verify regulatory status directly with the relevant regulator when making important decisions.

The appearance of a regulator's name or information on Firmixa does not mean that the regulator endorses or is affiliated with Firmixa.

REVIEWS

13. User Reviews

Firmixa may allow users to submit:

  • reviews;
  • ratings;
  • complaints;
  • reports;
  • comments;
  • supporting information;
  • other user-generated content.

Users must submit reviews honestly and in good faith.

14. Review Requirements

By submitting a review, you confirm that:

  • the review relates to a genuine experience;
  • the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you are not deliberately misleading other users;
  • evidence has not been fabricated;
  • the content does not unlawfully violate another person's rights.

Users must not submit:

  • fake reviews;
  • purchased reviews;
  • coordinated review manipulation;
  • impersonated reviews;
  • fabricated evidence;
  • spam;
  • unlawful threats;
  • private credentials;
  • unnecessary sensitive personal information.

15. Verified Experience

Firmixa may apply a Verified Experience indicator when reasonable supporting evidence demonstrates that a relevant customer or business interaction occurred.

A Verified Experience label confirms only that Firmixa found reasonable evidence supporting the existence of the interaction.

It does not mean that Firmixa independently confirms every statement or opinion contained within the review.

16. Review Moderation

Firmixa may:

  • investigate reviews;
  • request additional evidence;
  • restrict content;
  • reject submissions;
  • remove fraudulent content;
  • remove unlawful content;
  • remove manipulation;
  • modify verification status.

Firmixa does not guarantee publication of every submission.

17. Company Responses

Companies may be permitted to respond to user reviews.

A company cannot purchase the removal of a legitimate negative review.

A paid relationship with Firmixa does not provide editorial control over independent user experiences.

COMPANY CLAIMS

18. Claiming a Company Profile

Firmixa may allow authorised business representatives to claim a company profile.

Firmixa may require reasonable evidence showing that the applicant is legitimately authorised to represent the relevant business.

Claiming a profile does not transfer ownership of Firmixa's research, profile structure, database or scoring systems to the company.

19. Company Corrections

Companies may submit:

  • factual corrections;
  • updated company information;
  • regulatory documents;
  • official website information;
  • supporting evidence.

Firmixa may:

  • accept the correction;
  • partially accept it;
  • reject it;
  • request additional evidence;
  • investigate further;
  • mark information as disputed.

A correction request does not guarantee that information will be changed.

FIRMXA BUSINESS

20. Business Features

Firmixa may offer optional services for companies through Firmixa Business.

These may include:

  • profile-management tools;
  • company verification;
  • review responses;
  • information updates;
  • business analytics;
  • additional visibility features;

  • other business functionality.

Additional terms may apply to Firmixa Business.

21. Editorial Independence

Purchasing a business service does not entitle a company to control:

  • Firmixa Score;
  • Trust Score;
  • Global Score;
  • regulatory assessments;
  • verification results;
  • evidence conclusions;
  • independent rankings;
  • legitimate reviews;
  • independent research conclusions.

  • referral arrangements;
  • research services;
  • data services;
  • licensing;
  • APIs.

23. Sponsored Content

Where appropriate, Firmixa may identify sponsored or commercial content through labels or disclosures.

Sponsored status does not automatically mean that Firmixa recommends the company.

Commercial participation does not automatically improve independent scores or assessments.

24. Affiliate Relationships

Firmixa may receive compensation when users follow certain links or complete eligible actions with third parties.

Affiliate compensation does not give a company the right to:

  • increase its independent Firmixa Score;
  • change its regulatory assessment;
  • remove legitimate negative reviews;
  • control independent verification;
  • manipulate rankings.

ACCEPTABLE USE

25. Permitted Use

Firmixa may be used for lawful:

  • interfere with platform security;
  • abuse platform features;
  • circumvent access restrictions;
  • intentionally damage Firmixa infrastructure.

AUTOMATED ACCESS AND SCRAPING

  • automated copying;
  • systematic data mining;
  • database reconstruction.

28. Security Circumvention

Users must not attempt to bypass:

  • CAPTCHA;
  • bot-detection systems;
  • access controls;
  • authentication;
  • rate limits;
  • security challenges;
  • session restrictions.

Users must not use rotating accounts, proxies, devices or identifiers for the purpose of defeating Firmixa security controls.

29. Competing Databases

Without Firmixa's prior authorisation, Firmixa proprietary information may not be systematically extracted to create or improve a competing:

  • financial intelligence platform;
  • company comparison platform;
  • scoring service;
  • ranking database;
  • commercial research database;
  • data service.

30. Artificial Intelligence Use

Firmixa proprietary datasets may not be systematically extracted without authorisation for:

  • AI model training;
  • model fine-tuning;
  • commercial model evaluation;
  • machine-learning datasets;
  • reproduction of Firmixa proprietary classifications;
  • development of competing datasets.

Ordinary individual use of Firmixa information for personal research is not prohibited by this section.

31. Authorised Automated Access

Firmixa may provide authorised data access through:

  • official APIs;
  • commercial licences;
  • partnerships;
  • written agreements.

Separate terms may apply to such access.

32. Firmixa Content

Unless otherwise indicated, Firmixa owns or lawfully uses the intellectual property associated with its original platform content.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying information material to their decisions.

40. Financial Risk

Trading, investing and financial services can involve substantial risk.

Users may lose some or all of their money when using services offered by companies appearing on Firmixa.

Firmixa does not guarantee that any company is appropriate for a particular user.

A Firmixa Score should never be the sole basis for:

  • opening an account;
  • depositing money;
  • purchasing a trading programme;
  • selecting a financial provider;
  • making an investment decision.

41. No Guarantee Against Future Events

Firmixa research reflects information available at a particular point in time.
