About Firmixa

Know the firm before you trust it.

Financial companies are easy to find. Reliable information about them is harder.

Firmixa is an independent intelligence platform for researching and comparing brokers, prop firms, exchanges and financial companies. We bring company information, regulatory data, trading conditions, verified facts and user experiences together in one place — so people can look beyond marketing claims and make better-informed decisions.

Why Firmixa exists

Choosing a financial company often means piecing together information from dozens of places. A company website tells one story. A regulatory register tells another. Fees and trading rules may be buried across multiple pages. Reviews can be useful, but they can also be incomplete, outdated or difficult to verify.

And a rating means very little if you cannot understand what sits behind it. Firmixa was built to make that research clearer. We collect important facts, structure them so companies can be compared consistently, verify what can be verified, and show users how much reliable evidence actually exists.

We don’t want you to simply trust a number. We want you to understand what is behind it.

What we research

Firmixa covers multiple types of financial and trading companies, including:

Brokers

Licence status and regulatory risk come first.

Prop Firms

Verification, payout reliability and rule transparency lead.

Crypto Exchanges

Jurisdiction, custody and reserve evidence matter.

Investment Platforms

Disclosure, fees and operating history are weighted heavily.

Different types of companies carry different risks and operate under different rules. That is why we do not judge every company using the same checklist. Regulation is critical when assessing a broker, while a prop firm’s assessment depends more heavily on company verification, payout reliability, operating history and rule transparency. The research should fit the business being researched.

From information to intelligence

Firmixa is built around structured, evidence-based research.

Collect

We organize company identity, licences, fees, trading conditions, account programmes, platforms, policies and other relevant information into structured records.

Verify

Important facts are checked against appropriate sources. Regulatory claims can be matched against public regulatory records where available.

Assess

Verified information is evaluated using a category-aware methodology designed for the type of company being researched.

Keep it current

Financial companies change. Information that was correct yesterday may not remain correct tomorrow, so verification status and freshness are part of the research process.

Want the technical details? Our complete methodology — including scoring pillars, evidence requirements, missing-data treatment and ranking rules — is publicly documented.

Regulation deserves more than a logo

Seeing a regulator’s logo on a website is not the same as verifying a regulatory relationship. Firmixa maintains a structured regulatory intelligence system that helps connect licence claims with supervisory authorities and the entities behind them. Where reliable public information is available, we can examine regulatory claims before allowing them to influence our assessment.

Our objective is not simply to ask:

“Is this company regulated?”

But to help users understand:

  • By whom?
  • Under which entity?
  • For what activity?
  • And what can actually be verified?

Scores need evidence

A high score should require more than a few positive facts. Firmixa separates what the available information says about a company from how complete and current the underlying evidence is. Missing information is not automatically treated as negative information, and limited evidence should never make a poorly documented company appear more trustworthy simply because nothing negative has been found.

When there is not enough reliable information to support a meaningful assessment, we would rather say:

Not yet rated.

Independent by design

Trust requires separation between research and commercial relationships. Some companies may advertise on Firmixa, participate in affiliate programmes or have other commercial relationships with us. Those relationships do not buy a better Firmixa Score or a better ranking position. Sponsored placements are identified separately from our independent assessment process. Commercial terms are not scoring inputs.

Companies can participate. They cannot control the verdict.

Companies can claim their Firmixa presence, provide company information, submit corrections and supporting evidence, keep product information current, and respond officially to user reviews. But they do not control Firmixa’s published assessment.

For businesses

What Firmixa retains responsibility for

  • · Published profiles and editorial decisions.
  • · Firmixa Scores and trust assessments.
  • · Regulatory verification.
  • · Approval of submitted changes.
  • · The integrity of user reviews.

The principle behind corrections

Corrections should improve the accuracy of the record — not the outcome of the score. A submission only changes a published fact after an editor verifies it against a primary source.

Real experiences, with context

User experiences can reveal things that company documents cannot. But reviews only become useful when readers understand what they represent. Firmixa keeps user reviews separate from its independent company scoring. Where a review is marked as a Verified Experience, supporting evidence has been checked under our verification process.

Verification confirms the experience — not the opinion. A positive verified review does not automatically make a company trustworthy, and a negative review does not automatically make it unsafe. It is one piece of evidence among many.

Transparency over false certainty

No research system has perfect information. Official records can change. Company information can become outdated. Some facts cannot be independently verified. Sources can temporarily become unavailable. We believe those limitations should be visible rather than hidden.

When something is unknown, we prefer to identify it as unknown.

When evidence is insufficient, we prefer to say so.

When information changes, the record should be capable of changing with it.

Transparency is more useful than pretending to know everything.

What we’re building

Firmixa is building a research layer for a financial industry where information is often fragmented across company websites, regulatory databases and user communities. A place where someone researching a company can find structured answers in one research experience:

  • Who is behind it?
  • What can be independently verified?
  • How is it regulated?
  • What are its actual conditions and rules?
  • How strong is the evidence?
  • How does it compare with alternatives?

Research before you decide.

Don’t rely on a logo, an advertisement, a star rating or a single opinion. Check the company. Check the evidence. Compare the alternatives.

Firmixa provides independent research, information, comparisons and assessments for informational purposes. Nothing published by Firmixa constitutes investment, trading, legal or financial advice. Users should independently verify relevant information and consider their own circumstances before making financial decisions.
