Firmixa Business Terms
Last Updated: September 2026
These Firmixa Business Terms (“Business Terms”) apply to companies, authorised representatives and business users that access or use Firmixa business-facing features, including company profile claims, company verification, business tools, subscriptions, profile-management features, review responses, company corrections and related services.
These Business Terms supplement the Firmixa Terms of Use.
If there is a conflict between these Business Terms and the general Terms of Use concerning a Firmixa Business feature, these Business Terms will apply to that feature.
1. About Firmixa Business
Firmixa Business is designed to provide eligible companies with tools to interact with their Firmixa presence.
Depending on the service or plan, Firmixa Business may allow companies to:
- claim a company profile;
- verify company ownership or representation;
- manage selected profile information;
- submit factual corrections;
- provide official company information;
- respond to reviews;
- submit supporting evidence;
- receive notifications;
- access business insights;
- manage subscriptions;
- use additional business-facing features.
Availability may vary by company, category, location or Firmixa product.
2. Eligibility
Firmixa Business is intended for legitimate companies and authorised representatives.
To access certain business features, Firmixa may require:
- a verified Firmixa account;
- a professional email address;
- evidence of employment;
- evidence of company ownership;
- proof of authority;
- company registration information;
- domain verification;
- identity verification where reasonably necessary.
Firmixa may reject or delay access where sufficient verification cannot be completed.
3. Authorised Representatives
A person claiming or managing a company profile must have appropriate authority to act on behalf of the relevant company.
By claiming a profile, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to represent the company;
- information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you will not impersonate another organisation;
- you will not attempt to claim a company you are not authorised to represent.
Firmixa may request additional proof at any time.
4. Company Profile Claims
Firmixa may independently create company profiles before a company has claimed them.
A company may claim an eligible profile through the process provided by Firmixa.
Claiming a profile does not:
- create ownership of Firmixa's research;
- transfer ownership of Firmixa's database;
- transfer ownership of Firmixa Scores;
- give control over independent reviews;
- give control over regulatory assessments;
- give control over Firmixa's methodology.
A claimed profile remains part of the Firmixa platform.
5. Verification of Company Claims
Firmixa may verify company claims using methods including:
- email-domain verification;
- company website confirmation;
- corporate information;
- professional records;
- regulator information;
- supporting documents;
- direct company communication.
Firmixa may refuse or revoke a company claim where:
- submitted information is false;
- authority cannot be verified;
- the claimant no longer represents the company;
- suspicious activity is detected;
- the account violates Firmixa policies.
COMPANY INFORMATION
6. Managing Company Information
Firmixa Business may allow authorised representatives to submit or update selected information.
This may include:
- company description;
- official website;
- support links;
- contact information;
- products and services;
- platform information;
- account information;
- company representatives;
- other eligible business information.
Firmixa may review submitted changes before publication.
7. Independent Data
Some company information is independently collected or verified by Firmixa.
This may include:
- regulatory records;
- regulatory warnings;
- licence information;
- public corporate information;
- verification results;
- evidence-based conclusions;
- independent Firmixa assessments.
Companies may submit corrections but cannot directly overwrite independent Firmixa data.
8. Correction Requests
A company may submit a correction request where it believes information is inaccurate or outdated.
Correction requests should include sufficient supporting evidence.
Firmixa may:
- approve the correction;
- partially approve it;
- reject it;
- request additional evidence;
- maintain the existing information;
- mark information as disputed;
- conduct further verification.
Submitting a correction does not guarantee a change.
9. Responsibility for Submitted Information
Companies are responsible for information they provide.
Business users should ensure submitted information is:
- accurate;
- current;
- not misleading;
- lawfully submitted;
- supported where necessary.
Firmixa may remove or reject company-submitted information that appears inaccurate, misleading or inconsistent with available evidence.
REVIEWS AND RESPONSES
10. Company Review Responses
Eligible companies may be allowed to publicly respond to user reviews.
Company responses should:
- remain professional;
- address the user's experience;
- avoid threats;
- avoid harassment;
- avoid unnecessary disclosure of personal information;
- avoid misleading claims;
- comply with Firmixa policies.
11. Reviews Remain Independent
A Firmixa Business account does not give companies ownership or control over reviews.
Companies cannot require Firmixa to remove a review merely because it is:
- negative;
- critical;
- commercially inconvenient;
- damaging to reputation.
Companies may report reviews that they reasonably believe violate Firmixa policies.
12. Review Disputes
A business may challenge a review where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it:
- is fake;
- is fraudulent;
- contains fabricated evidence;
- relates to no genuine experience;
- violates privacy;
- involves impersonation;
- violates Firmixa review policies.
Firmixa will review disputes according to its Reviews & Verification Policy.
13. No Paid Review Removal
Firmixa does not sell the removal of legitimate negative reviews.
Neither a subscription nor any other commercial payment gives a company the right to suppress independent customer experiences.
FIRMXA SCORES AND INDEPENDENCE
14. Firmixa Scores
Firmixa may publish independent scores and assessments relating to companies.
These may include:
- Firmixa Score;
- Trust Score;
- Global Score;
- regulatory assessments;
- evidence indicators;
- verification statuses;
- warning indicators;
- comparative rankings.
15. Scores Cannot Be Purchased
Firmixa Business subscriptions do not allow companies to purchase:
- higher scores;
- higher Trust Scores;
- better regulatory ratings;
- favourable evidence outcomes;
- better independent rankings.
Firmixa Scores cannot be purchased.
16. Score Corrections
A company may submit evidence where it believes a Firmixa assessment is based on inaccurate factual information.
Firmixa may update an assessment where new verified evidence justifies a change.
A correction resulting from stronger evidence should not be interpreted as paid influence.
17. Methodology Independence
Firmixa retains control over:
- scoring methodology;
- verification methodology;
- evidence standards;
- research standards;
- editorial conclusions.
Companies may provide information but cannot require Firmixa to change methodology to improve their assessment.
BUSINESS PLANS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
18. Paid Business Services
Firmixa may offer free and paid business plans.
Paid services may include features such as:
- enhanced business tools;
- profile-management features;
- analytics;
- notifications;
- business verification tools;
- team access;
- review-management tools;
- visibility features;
- communication tools;
- data or reporting features.
Available features may change over time.
19. Subscription Plans
Where offered, subscriptions may be available on:
- monthly plans;
- annual plans;
- other billing periods.
Pricing, features and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase.
20. Subscription Start
A paid subscription generally begins when:
- payment is successfully processed;
- a trial converts into a paid plan;
- or another activation condition shown at checkout is completed.
21. Renewal
Where automatic renewal is enabled, a subscription may renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
The applicable renewal terms should be displayed at the time of purchase.
22. Price Changes
Firmixa may change subscription pricing.
Existing customers may be informed before a new price applies to a future renewal where appropriate.
A price change should not normally alter fees already paid for the current billing period.
23. Taxes and Charges
Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes, transaction fees or other charges unless clearly stated otherwise.
The final amount due should be displayed before payment where possible.
PAYMENTS
24. Payment Processing
Firmixa may use third-party payment providers to process payments.
Firmixa may not directly store full payment-card details where a payment processor handles those details securely.
Payment providers may apply their own terms.
25. Failed Payments
If payment fails, Firmixa may:
- request updated payment information;
- retry the payment where permitted;
- restrict paid features;
- suspend the subscription.
Access may be restored after successful payment.
26. Chargebacks
Companies should contact Firmixa before initiating a payment dispute where the issue can reasonably be resolved through support.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account review or restriction.
This does not limit legitimate rights to dispute unauthorised or incorrect charges.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
27. Cancellation
A company may cancel an eligible subscription through the account interface or another cancellation method made available by Firmixa.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation generally prevents future renewal rather than immediately removing already-paid access.
28. Access After Cancellation
Where a subscription is prepaid for a billing period, paid features may remain available until the end of that period unless:
- a refund is issued;
- the account is terminated for serious policy violations;
- different terms were clearly shown at purchase.
29. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- the relevant plan;
- billing period;
- service already provided;
- applicable purchase terms;
- applicable mandatory rights.
Where Firmixa offers a specific refund guarantee, its conditions will be displayed before purchase or in the relevant offer terms.
30. Promotional Offers
Firmixa may offer:
- free trials;
- discounted pricing;
- promotional periods;
- custom commercial plans.
Promotions may be subject to additional eligibility or time limitations.
BUSINESS ACCOUNT SECURITY
31. Account Security
Business users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
You must not:
- share credentials with unauthorised persons;
- allow former employees to retain unauthorised access;
- attempt to bypass Firmixa account controls.
Firmixa may provide team or multi-user access features where available.
32. Changes in Representatives
Companies should update Firmixa when an authorised representative:
- leaves the company;
- changes roles;
- loses authority;
- should no longer have access.
Firmixa may suspend access where representation becomes uncertain.
MISUSE
33. Business Account Misuse
Business accounts must not be used to:
- submit false regulatory information;
- misrepresent company status;
- fabricate evidence;
- manipulate reviews;
- harass reviewers;
- scrape Firmixa data;
- impersonate third parties;
- interfere with Firmixa systems;
- mislead users.
34. Review Manipulation
Companies must not use Firmixa Business to organise or encourage:
- fake reviews;
- employee reviews presented as customer reviews;
- paid review campaigns without appropriate disclosure;
- coordinated rating manipulation;
- suppression of legitimate reviews.
Firmixa may take action against companies involved in systematic manipulation.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
35. Suspension
Firmixa may suspend business features where reasonably necessary due to:
- verification concerns;
- unpaid invoices;
- security risks;
- suspected fraud;
- policy violations;
- account abuse.
36. Termination
Firmixa may terminate a Business account for serious or repeated violations.
Termination of a Business account does not necessarily remove the company's public Firmixa profile.
Firmixa may continue maintaining independent company information after Business access ends.
37. Effect of Termination
Following termination or cancellation:
- business-management access may end;
- paid features may be removed;
- independent company research may remain;
- legitimate reviews may remain;
- public Firmixa assessments may remain.
COMMERCIAL VISIBILITY
38. Sponsored Features
Firmixa may offer optional commercial visibility features.
Where appropriate, sponsored content or placements should be identified.
Sponsored visibility does not automatically change independent Firmixa scoring.
39. Commercial Disclosure
Commercial participation does not give companies control over:
- independent scoring;
- regulatory conclusions;
- review moderation;
- verification outcomes.
Further details may be provided in the Independence & Commercial Disclosure.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
40. Firmixa Business Tools
Firmixa retains rights in its:
- software;
- interfaces;
- dashboards;
- reports;
- methodologies;
- scores;
- platform design;
- datasets.
A Business subscription grants access to eligible features but does not transfer ownership of Firmixa technology or intellectual property.
41. Company Materials
A company retains its rights in materials it lawfully provides to Firmixa, such as:
- logos;
- descriptions;
- official images;
- company documents.
By submitting such materials, the company grants Firmixa permission to use them as reasonably necessary to operate and display the relevant company profile or service.
