Firmixa Reviews & Verification Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

This Reviews & Verification Policy explains how Firmixa handles user reviews, supporting evidence, verification indicators, moderation, disputes and company responses.

This Policy should be read together with the Firmixa Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Firmixa Business Terms, and Independence & Commercial Disclosure.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Firmixa is designed to provide users with transparent and useful information about financial-service companies.

User reviews can provide valuable real-world context, but reviews can also be inaccurate, manipulated or fraudulent.

Firmixa therefore combines user-generated content with moderation, verification and evidence-based review processes.

The purpose of this Policy is to explain:

  • who may submit a review;
  • what constitutes a genuine experience;
  • when Firmixa may request evidence;
  • what a Verified Experience label means;
  • how reviews are moderated;
  • how businesses may respond;
  • how disputes and challenges are handled.

2. Who Can Submit a Review?

Firmixa may allow registered users to submit reviews relating to genuine experiences with companies listed on the platform.

Depending on the feature, users may be required to:

  • create a Firmixa account;
  • verify their email address;
  • complete account authentication;
  • provide additional verification where necessary.

Firmixa may restrict review submission where there are reasonable concerns about fraud, duplicate accounts or platform manipulation.

3. Genuine Experience Requirement

Reviews should be based on a genuine and relevant experience.

Examples may include:

  • opening or attempting to open an account;
  • using a company's service;
  • communicating with customer support;
  • making a deposit or withdrawal;
  • using a trading platform;
  • participating in a funded or evaluation programme;
  • interacting with a company's onboarding, verification or account-management process.

A review should reflect the reviewer's own experience.

4. Reviews Must Be Honest

By submitting a review, you confirm that:

  • the experience described is genuine;
  • the review is based on your own knowledge or interaction;
  • information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you are not deliberately misleading other users;
  • supporting evidence has not been fabricated or materially altered.

Firmixa does not require a review to be positive or negative.

Users are free to describe genuine positive, neutral or negative experiences.

5. Reviews That Are Not Allowed

Firmixa may reject, restrict or remove reviews that involve:

  • fabricated experiences;
  • fake accounts;
  • duplicate reviews intended to manipulate ratings;
  • purchased reviews;
  • reviews submitted in exchange for compensation without appropriate disclosure;
  • coordinated review campaigns;
  • competitor manipulation;
  • impersonation;
  • fabricated evidence;
  • spam;
  • irrelevant content;
  • unlawful content;
  • threats;
  • harassment;
  • malicious disclosure of private personal information.

6. Conflicts of Interest

Users should not present themselves as independent customers when they have a material undisclosed relationship with the company being reviewed.

This may include:

  • employees;
  • contractors;
  • owners;
  • affiliates;
  • paid promoters;
  • marketing partners;
  • competitors acting in bad faith.

Where a relevant relationship exists, Firmixa may require disclosure.

Firmixa may restrict reviews where the relationship creates an unacceptable risk of manipulation.

VERIFIED EXPERIENCES

7. What Is a Verified Experience?

Firmixa may display a Verified Experience indicator on eligible reviews.

A Verified Experience indicator means that Firmixa found reasonable evidence supporting the existence of a genuine interaction or customer relationship relevant to the review.

The label is intended to improve confidence that the underlying experience occurred.

8. What Verified Experience Does Not Mean

A Verified Experience label does not mean that:

  • every statement in the review has been independently proven;
  • every opinion is objectively correct;
  • Firmixa agrees with the review;
  • Firmixa endorses the reviewer;
  • Firmixa confirms that the company acted unlawfully;
  • Firmixa has resolved every factual dispute between the reviewer and the company.

The label relates primarily to evidence supporting the existence of the experience.

9. Evidence That May Be Accepted

Firmixa may consider evidence such as:

  • account dashboards;
  • transaction confirmations;
  • deposit records;
  • withdrawal records;
  • invoices;
  • confirmation emails;
  • company correspondence;
  • support tickets;
  • account statements;
  • service confirmations;
  • other documentation reasonably connected to the experience.

Firmixa decides whether submitted evidence is sufficient for verification.

10. Evidence Quality

Evidence should be:

  • relevant;
  • reasonably clear;
  • connected to the reviewed company;
  • consistent with the claimed experience;
  • not obviously manipulated.

Firmixa may reject evidence that is:

  • incomplete;
  • unrelated;
  • unreadable;
  • contradictory;
  • materially altered;
  • suspicious;
  • impossible to reasonably validate.

11. Privacy of Verification Evidence

Verification evidence is generally intended for internal Firmixa review.

It is not automatically published with the user's review.

Users should remove unnecessary sensitive information before submitting evidence.

Users should never submit:

  • passwords;
  • banking passwords;
  • private authentication credentials;
  • full card numbers;
  • other secret access information.

Firmixa may redact or minimise personal data where appropriate.

12. Verification Is Not Guaranteed

Submitting evidence does not guarantee that a review will receive a Verified Experience label.

Firmixa may:

  • approve verification;
  • reject verification;
  • request more evidence;
  • leave the review unverified;
  • place the review under review.

13. Verification Status May Change

Firmixa may remove or change a verification indicator if:

  • new evidence becomes available;
  • previously submitted evidence is found to be unreliable;
  • fraud or manipulation is discovered;
  • the review is materially changed;
  • additional investigation raises concerns.

REVIEW MODERATION

14. Moderation Principles

Firmixa aims to moderate reviews in a fair and proportionate manner.

Moderation may consider:

  • authenticity;
  • relevance;
  • evidence;
  • platform integrity;
  • privacy;
  • applicable rules;
  • potential manipulation.

Firmixa does not remove a review merely because a company dislikes it.

15. Content That May Be Moderated

Firmixa may restrict or remove content containing:

  • personal attacks;
  • threats;
  • discriminatory abuse;
  • spam;
  • unrelated advertising;
  • private credentials;
  • unnecessary personal information;
  • clearly unlawful material;
  • fabricated claims presented as fact;
  • evidence of coordinated manipulation.

16. Editing Reviews

Users may be permitted to edit their reviews.

Where a materially changed review had previously been verified, Firmixa may reassess the verification status.

Firmixa may preserve moderation or audit records where reasonably necessary.

17. Duplicate Reviews

Firmixa may limit multiple reviews from the same person relating to substantially the same experience.

Where a user has a new and distinct experience with the same company, Firmixa may permit an additional or updated review depending on the circumstances.

18. Automated Review Abuse

Firmixa may use automated tools and security signals to detect:

  • unusual review patterns;
  • duplicate accounts;
  • coordinated submissions;
  • bots;
  • review farms;
  • suspicious traffic;
  • attempts to manipulate ratings.

Automated systems may assist moderation, but Firmixa may also conduct manual review where appropriate.

RATINGS

19. Review Ratings

Where Firmixa allows numerical or star ratings, ratings should reflect the reviewer's genuine experience.

Firmixa may exclude or reduce the influence of reviews that are:

  • fraudulent;
  • manipulated;
  • duplicate;
  • ineligible;
  • removed for policy violations.

20. User Ratings vs Firmixa Scores

User review ratings are separate from proprietary Firmixa assessments.

A customer rating should not be confused with:

  • Firmixa Score;
  • Trust Score;
  • regulatory assessment;
  • evidence indicator;
  • verification result.

Firmixa may use different methodologies for each.

COMPANY RESPONSES

21. Right to Respond

Eligible companies may be allowed to respond publicly to reviews.

Company responses should:

  • address the review professionally;
  • avoid threats;
  • avoid publishing unnecessary personal information;
  • avoid misleading statements;
  • comply with Firmixa policies.

22. Companies Cannot Buy Review Removal

A company cannot purchase the removal of a legitimate negative review.

This applies regardless of whether the company:

  • subscribes to Firmixa Business;
  • advertises on Firmixa;
  • has an affiliate relationship;
  • has another commercial relationship with Firmixa.

23. Business Accounts and Review Independence

Firmixa Business tools may provide companies with functionality such as:

  • responding to reviews;
  • receiving review notifications;
  • submitting evidence;
  • disputing factual information.

Firmixa Business does not provide companies with ownership or editorial control over user reviews.

DISPUTES AND CHALLENGES

24. Challenging a Review

A company or affected party may report a review where there is a reasonable concern that it:

  • is fake;
  • does not relate to a genuine experience;
  • contains fabricated evidence;
  • violates privacy;
  • contains unlawful content;
  • involves impersonation;
  • involves manipulation.

Reporting a review does not guarantee removal.

25. Evidence from Companies

Firmixa may invite a company to provide information relevant to a disputed review.

Firmixa may consider:

  • account records;
  • communication history;
  • transaction evidence;
  • internal identifiers;
  • relevant documentation.

Companies should provide only information reasonably necessary to address the issue.

26. Firmixa Review Decisions

Following a review or dispute, Firmixa may:

  • leave the review unchanged;
  • request clarification;
  • request additional evidence;
  • remove verification status;
  • apply verification status;
  • edit or redact prohibited information;
  • temporarily restrict the review;
  • permanently remove the review.

Firmixa will make moderation decisions based on available evidence and platform policies.

27. Disagreement Does Not Automatically Mean Removal

A factual disagreement between a reviewer and a company does not automatically require removal.

Where appropriate, Firmixa may allow:

  • the review to remain;
  • the company to publish a response;
  • the matter to be marked as disputed;
  • further evidence to be submitted.

INCENTIVES AND MANIPULATION

28. Incentivised Reviews

Reviews submitted in exchange for:

  • money;
  • discounts;
  • refunds;
  • account benefits;
  • trading benefits;
  • promotional rewards;

may require disclosure and may be restricted where the incentive could materially compromise review independence.

29. Review Suppression

Companies must not use Firmixa to improperly pressure reviewers into deleting legitimate negative reviews.

Firmixa may take action where evidence indicates:

  • threats;
  • coercion;
  • harassment;
  • improper financial pressure;
  • systematic review suppression.

30. Review Solicitation

Companies may invite genuine customers to leave reviews, but should not selectively invite only satisfied customers in a manner designed to materially misrepresent overall customer experience.

Firmixa may monitor unusual solicitation patterns.

FRAUD AND ENFORCEMENT

31. Fraudulent Evidence

Submitting fabricated or altered evidence may result in:

  • rejection of the review;
  • removal of verification;
  • account restriction;
  • suspension;
  • permanent account termination.

Serious abuse may be preserved for security or dispute purposes.

32. Coordinated Manipulation

Firmixa may take action against coordinated attempts to manipulate:

  • review volume;
  • ratings;
  • company reputation;
  • review rankings;
  • verification systems.

This applies whether manipulation is intended to artificially improve or damage a company's reputation.

33. Account Restrictions

Firmixa may restrict accounts involved in repeated or serious policy violations.

Restrictions may include:

  • review limitations;
  • verification requirements;
  • temporary suspension;
  • permanent removal.

REVIEW DISPLAY

34. Public Information

Published reviews may display information such as:

  • display name;
  • rating;
  • review date;
  • review text;
  • company reviewed;
  • verification status;
  • company response.

Firmixa may limit the amount of personal information publicly displayed.

35. Review Ordering

Firmixa may order reviews using factors such as:

  • recency;
  • relevance;
  • verification status;
  • usefulness;
  • platform integrity;
  • other ranking signals.

Review ordering does not necessarily represent endorsement of a particular review.

36. Removed Reviews

Where a review is removed, Firmixa may retain limited internal records where reasonably necessary for:

  • fraud prevention;
  • security;
  • repeat-abuse detection;
  • dispute handling;
  • platform integrity.

EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

37. Commercial Relationships

Commercial relationships do not determine review moderation outcomes.

A company should not receive favourable review treatment because it:

  • pays Firmixa;
  • advertises on Firmixa;
  • participates in affiliate programmes;
  • uses Firmixa Business.

38. Independent Review Moderation

Firmixa aims to separate commercial relationships from independent review moderation and verification decisions.

No commercial arrangement guarantees:

  • removal of negative reviews;
  • verification of positive reviews;
  • higher customer ratings;
  • favourable moderation.

UPDATES

39. Changes to This Policy

Firmixa may update this Policy as review features, verification systems or platform practices evolve.

The latest version will be published with an updated Last Updated date.
